SURFBLANKS AMERICA is dedicated to providing superior polyurethane surfboard blanks. In collaboration with Midget Farrelly (Surfblanks Australia™), SURFBLANKS AMERICA utilizes the latest formulations that have made Surfblanks Australia™ so successful for the past 38 years.  With the opening of Surfblanks America, Surfblanks now offers a closer resource then ever before.

We are committed to servicing custom business orders with a wide variety of surfboard blank sizes, surfboard blank weights (9 densities), custom surfboard blank rockers, and surfboard blank stringer combinations (utilizing unique stringers and materials).  An extensive collection of Shortboard surfboard blanks, Fish surfboard blanks, Egg surfboard blanks, Gun surfboard blanks, and Longboard surfboard blanks are offered.

Surfblanks America has formulated the surfboard blank foams with the surfer (end user) in mind. In doing so, our surfboard blanks are livelier and stronger than any other foam on the market today. Try one and you will see!

What was an empty 50,000 square foot building with no power or water, is now an impressive factory built from the ground up with one thing in mind. Efficiently and consistently making 1st quality blanks in a safe working environment for our crew and ourselves. We now have 32 active molding stations that are allowing us to gear up the machine to consistently produce a full variety of blanks in all densities and sizes right here in North America.

Midget Farrelly and his crew at Surfblanks Australia have been quietly working away at refining their processes while we have been refining our final processes and working feverishly behind the scene to ensure Surfblanks America foam is to the high quality and standard that Surfblanks Australia has been known to produce over the past 38 years. At this stage, we are quietly confident and extremely pleased with the bulk production product we have produced.

Surfblanks America is now accepting larger production surfboard blank orders from both domestic and international customers. We also have a regular schedule of delivery of orders that are 16 units or larger for the Southern California region from Imperial Beach to Santa Barbara.
